The 2012 F1 Grand Prix season kicks off in Australia and we are now taking bookings for the event. Why not combine the trip with the Malaysian F1 Grand Prix too.

The southernmost state of mainland Australia, Victoria has massive appeal. The Great Ocean Road is a magnificent coastline, wild with ancient rock formations. Inland are the soaring sandstone mountains and waterfalls of the Grampians and the award-winning vineyards of the Yarra Valley. The city of Melbourne is vibrant and cosmopolitan with plenty of excellent restaurants and lively bars and the Australian Grand Prix circuit, in Albert Park just south of the Yarra, is just 15 minutes from the centre of Melbourne by tram.

It is traditional for the stunning city of Melbourne to host a Grand Prix at the end of the Australian Summer when the weather is ideal. Sport is what Melbourne does best and the 2012 Australian Grand Prix race weekend is a four day festival of motorsport. Access to the Albert Park track and grandstands is easy, the Melbourne F1 Grand Prix schedule runs to time, there are plenty of food and drink outlets and there are entertainments galore – the whole Australian Formula One event is extremely well organised.

India plans for it's first Formula 1 Grand Prix !

New Delhi is preparing to host its first Formula One race, the 2011 Indian F1 Grand Prix, an exciting prospect for all British Formula 1 fans. Delhi is the perfect opportunity to enjoy Formula One motor racing in a great, brand new venue and to spend a few days delving into the culture of India's capital city, which has so many historic links to Britain.

Delhi is a melting pot of sights, sounds and colours, a kaleidoscope of languages and traditions. Fairs and festivals are celebrated with pomp and abandon. Ancient forts, palaces and temples share the skyline with skyscrapers and modern shopping complexes. Everywhere there are bazaars and markets and, of course, there are restaurants of all kinds where you can indulge your taste for Indian cuisine.

The hotel for the Indian Grand Prix 2011 is located on Connaught Place, at the heart of New Delhi, where you will find everything you need. Nevertheless, our guided city sightseeing tour will take you to some of the many famous sights and open up the history of Delhi and the ancientMoghul Empire.

If you've more time to spare then consider extending your 2011 Indian Grand Prix stay to see more of this beautiful and fascinating country. The Golden Triangle tour is perfect for a first trip to India. In just four days you will be overwhelmed by its treasures as you ride by elephant to the Amber Fort and visit the pink Palace of Winds in Jaipur, the flamboyant capital of Rajasthan. Alternatively spend a few days in the cool, mountain scenery of Shimla, a hill station in the foothills of the Himalayas. You can fly from Delhi or, more interestingly, travel by train on the Himalayan Queen. In Kalka you change to the narrow gauge mountain railway for the final ascent.

Train journeys in India are legendary and a two night tour by train to the Ranthambore National Park and game sanctuary is a good way to combine sightseeing and wildlife. The Park is famous for its tiger population and jungle safaris are included during your stay.

Finally if, after a weekend of Grand Prix racing, a few days relaxation is more to your liking then the resorts of the southern state of Kerala are ideal. The M onaco Grand Prix is at the top of the list for all F1 fans. Purists may argue that the racing is overshadowed by all the other goings on but for most it is the combination of the location, the certainty of exciting racing on the narrow streets, the noise, the glitz and the prospect of bumping into the rich and famous in the bars and restaurants which keeps them coming back. Overall, there is no greater spectacle on the F1 calendar.

Given it’s size the tiny Principality has massive allure. Tourists flock there year round to enjoy the sights, to browse in the designer boutiques, to wander through the beautiful public gardens, to walk the Grand Prix circuit and t

o gamble in the world-famous Casino. Meanwhile, the locals are going about their daily lives, shopping in the markets and supermarkets and meeting with friends for a drink in their favourite bar. Even on Grand Prix weekend they will be on the busses and in the streets mingling with the thousands of race fans arriving in Monaco from all directions.

Your can stay in Monaco itself or in one of our hotels in Beausoleil, where Monaco meets France just a couple of blocks from Casino Square. Here you are at the heart of the action and can witness the arrival of the teams, transporters and the whole Grand Prix entourage. The circuit takes shape, final pieces of armco are put in place and then on Thursday F1 cars are let loose on the tight, twisty streets. You can escape to your hotel pool or to the beach but when the racing is on you cannot fail to know about it.

Just fifteen minutes west by train is the elegant resort of Beaulieu. With it’s own beach, a big marina and plenty of bars and restau

rants to choose from, there’s plenty of reasons to stay here. It is much quieter than Monaco and the perfect antidote to a day at the races.

Alternatively you can stay in Nice. It’s a year-round resort with plenty of sights and entertainments, the Promenade des Anglais and the popular beach. Saturday 2nd April, Arrival into Atlanta

The Oconee Course (7029 yards) a Rees Jones designed resort course, presents a golfing challenge unmatched by any other in the nation. Described by many as a mind game of golf, the new Jones addition to the Reynolds Plantation landscape is designed to be a true risk/reward challenge — often forcing golfers to choose between direct tee shots over inlets of Lake Oconee and long drives down tree lined dog leg fairways. Monday 4th April Golf on The National Course (above right)
At 7,066 yards Tom Fazio's masterpiece, the 27‐hole Reynolds National Course, plays long and narrow through the towering pines and flowering dogwoods that are native to middle Georgia. With more than 100 bunkers, several holes tucked along the shores of Lake Oconee and large undulating greens, the National Course gives players little room for error. Fazio uses the natural beauty of the land in conjunction with his expert eye for a challenging layout to create a true work of art. After the golf today you will be taken to your accommodation at the Augusta Marriott Hotel, (about 90 minutes drive).

Guests of this elegant hotel enjoy being close to shopping, entertainment and cultural attractions as well as the Medical College of Georgia and the Augusta National golf course. Tuesday 5th April
This morning you will be met by your driver for the transfer to Augusta National Golf Course to attend the practice day. This is a chance to take photos of the course and players, as cameras are not allowed during the tournament. We recommend you buy a souvenir deck chair. These can be placed anywhere on the course and will remain vacant until you return to them – another Masters tradition!! Today is also the best day to shop for souvenirs as some will run out by end of the week. When ready return to the transport pick up zone for your transfer back to hotel.

Wednesday 6th April
Your driver will meet you for your transfer to the traditional Par 3 tournament at the Masters. Within the grounds of Augusta there is a picturesque 9 hole par 3 golf tournament. This is possibly the best day of the week as all the players turn up and have some fun. Place souvenir deck chairs on a hole early and then wander the course before the Par 3 starts at 1pm. These can be placed anywhere on the course and will remain vacant until you return to them – another Masters tradition!!
5pm Return to our transport pick up zone for transfer back to hotel.

Thursday 7th April
Today you will play golf at a local high quality course. After golf watch the end of the day’s play at the Masters over a few drinks in the clubhouse.

Friday 8th April
Your driver will meet you for the transfer to the second day’s play at the Masters. Follow your favourite group around the course or place your deck chair at Amen Corner and watch all the groups come through. Head towards the 18th as players attempt to make the cut.
5pm – Return to pick up zone for transfer back to hotel.

Saturday 9th April
A free day to relax and watch the golf on T.V or play another round of golf at a local course.

Sunday 10th April
Meet your driver for transfer to the final day’s play of the Masters tournament. As soon as you get there place your chair around the 18th green or fairway so you will be able to see the climax of the tournament. After the tournament ends you can stay to watch the presentation of the green jacket before heading back to the hotel.

Monday 11th April
Meet your driver for your transfer to the Atlanta International Airport. Departure time will depend what time your flight leaves Atlanta. You should allow 2 hrs for check in prior to your flight.
